1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and plus7778 ("plus7778," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the plus7778 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the plus7778 Platform, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account at plus7778. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your real full name, date of birth, valid email address, and other required information during registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Verification (KYC): plus7778 may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or voter's ID). Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the plus7778 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods made available by plus7778 from time to time. Deposits are credited to your plus7778 wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. plus7778 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount at plus7778 is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. plus7778 processes GCash withdrawals for fully verified accounts within five (5) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. plus7778 reserves the right to extend processing times in cases of suspected fraud, pending verification, or technical issues.

Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Where this is not possible, plus7778 will contact you to arrange an alternative withdrawal method.

Fees: plus7778 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which plus7778 accepts no responsibility.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

plus7778 may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions at plus7778, unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the plus7778 Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the plus7778 Platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location or identity.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform to facilitate illegal transactions.
• Accessing the Platform if you are a self-excluded player or have been otherwise banned from the Platform.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the plus7778 Platform — including but not limited to the plus7778 name and logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of plus7778 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the plus7778 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the plus7778 Platform without the prior written consent of plus7778.

9 Limitation of Liability

10 Account Suspension and Termination

plus7778 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 7.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the plus7778 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent plus7778 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
